Coolant Radiator

Coolant Radiator

Coolant in Radiator

Replenishing your radiator with only tap water can cause scaling and corrosion, as mineral deposits can lead to total radiator failure in the long run.

Most car engines today are manufactured with a mix of materials that can react to each other - follow your car manufacturer's recommended coolant mixture to avoid extra costs of radiator corrosion, repairs and replacements.

  2. Totally. I mean, using tap water is not ideal because you can't really be sure of its chemical components and car systems are really, really delicate things. Then you'd have to buy a new radiator again. At least, get a good radiator should that even happen.
